PITTSBURGH -- The One Hill Coalition has voted to accept a tentative community benefits agreement.Details of the deal were announced at a press conference Wednesday afternoon at the Hill House.This agreement provides real benefits coming back to the Hill District based on priorities set by the community, according to The One Hill Coalition.The community benefits agreement is between the Pens, the Sports and Exhibition Authority, Allegheny County and the city of Pittsburgh.
